My stay at Greenlife Marrakech offered a beautiful escape, with stunning Moroccan-style design and a calming atmosphere. However, the communication barrier due to English-speaking difficulties and the chilly room temperature hindered my overall experience. While I enjoyed the peaceful environment and captivating views of the Atlas Mountains, the dining options could have been more varied and the location proved a bit inconvenient.

The Atlas Suite was gorgeous, with well-thought-out details and comfort. However, the room was quite cold, making it uncomfortable at times.
Service

The staff were friendly and attentive, with Karem doing his best to help despite the language barrier. Sadly, having only one person to assist at times made getting help more challenging.
Location

Greenlife is set in a peaceful oasis away from Marrakech's hustle, which was great for relaxation, but getting there required a car as public transport isn’t ideal.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was personalized and healthy, set in a lovely patio, but the limited variety in meals became repetitive after a few days.
Facilities

The hotel offered good facilities, including a beautiful garden and pool, contributing to my overall enjoyment. However, more staffing would improve service delivery.

My stay at Greenlife Marrakech was quite peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, which really added to the experience. However, I found the breakfast options a bit lacking, as it was mainly fried eggs and bread. The room had its quirks, like a loose toilet seat and a hard bed, but the overall ambiance was lovely and calming.

I stayed in the Junior Suite with Pool View. It was charming, but the bed was on the hard side. and the shower hose had an inconsistent flow. I appreciated the added luxury of the view, though.

The staff were genuinely lovely. They were quick to respond whenever I needed anything. It felt personalized and attentive, which I really appreciated throughout my stay.
Location

Greenlife Marrakech is a bit hidden away. While it offered a serene atmosphere, I found it quite far from the main attractions of Marrakech, which made getting around a bit inconvenient.
Dining

I enjoyed the chicken tagine and found the dining experience in the patio to have a nice personal touch. Still, I wish there was more variety in the meals – having the same breakfast every day got a bit repetitive.

The serene pool area was a highlight for me. but I didn't notice any spa or jacuzzi facilities, which would have been a nice touch. A quick guide to available amenities would have been helpful.

Staying at Greenlife Marrakech was a mixed experience for me. The grounds were lovely and the pool was refreshing, but I found the breakfast options to be quite limited and repetitive. While the staff was friendly, I did encounter some issues with service and room amenities that dampened my overall enjoyment.

Rooms

I stayed in the Jasmin Tent, which had a beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains, though the lack of toiletries and hard beds were disappointing.
Service
6.0
The staff were super friendly, but communication was an issue since only a couple of them spoke English. Additionally, the service could be slow, especially during meals.
Location
6.0
The location is quite far from central Marrakech, making it necessary to rent a car if you want to explore the area. It's a peaceful retreat, but not ideal for those wanting easy access to attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast consisted mainly of bread and fried eggs, which got boring after a few days. The dinner was nice but served cold and took a long time, leading to some dissatisfaction.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included a nice pool and well-maintained grounds, but the lack of amenities like a spa or laundry service was a downside for me.

My six-night stay at Greenlife Marrakech was nothing short of amazing. The hotel truly feels like an oasis nestled between Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains, with stunning rooms and serene surroundings. While the dining options could use more variety, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, making it easy to unwind from my usual routine.

While the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the dining options could use more variety. Overall, it was a nice experience worth repeating!

Although the location is a bit secluded and requires a car to reach Marrakesh's main attractions, it offered a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Perfect for relaxation, but not ideal for those wanting to explore on foot.
